MAJIN SCOUTING, founded in 2022, is a boutique model and talent agency based in Berlin.
Our purpose is to advocate for equal opportunities within fashion and cultural sectors.

Our mission is not only to actively redefine industry norms and contribute to a more representative landscape. We are namely dedicated to consistently providing support for our talents, valuing their authenticity rather than treating them as mere trends, and ensuring that our practices prioritise their well-being over our own short-term benefits.

Part of the profits generated by MAJIN SCOUTING are allocated to our independent annual print and online magazine, MAJIN MAGAZINE. With this publication, our aim is to raise critical awareness by connecting the systematic inequality of the fashion industry to a broader global context. Through engaging content and thought-provoking features, Majin Magazine seeks to contribute to the ongoing dialogue within the fashion world, fostering meaningful discussions on intersecting issues.
